Hire/Recruit Sack/Fire/Terminate Interview Shortlist This is when the company asks people to come to answer questions about their experience. Make redundant Qualifications Interview Experience This is when a company is in a bad situation and makes employees leave. It is not the employees' fault. Interview Make redundant Qualifications Shortlist This is when an employees performs poorly or behaves badly and the company removes him/her. This is the employees' fault. Sack/Fire/Terminate Quit Make redundant Recruit/HIre This is a period of time a person must work before he/she leaves a company. Recruit/Hire Notice Shortlist Candidate This is when an employee claims the company terminated him/her incorrectly. They may go to court.
